Who you are buying from

Every event on SportTicks is organised by the club named on it. That club decides whether the event happens, what it costs and who gets in. SportTicks provides the ticketing: we take the booking, issue the ticket and check it at the door on the club's behalf.

So your ticket is for the club's event, and the club named on it is who to contact about the event itself — the time, the venue, whether it is going ahead. Anything to do with the booking, the ticket or the payment, write to us.

Your rights when you book

Admits one person. Anyone holding this code can use it, so keep it private. A ticket for a dated event carries no 14-day right of withdrawal (Code de la consommation, art. L.222-9); if the event is cancelled or moved, you can have the ticket price back.

The withdrawal exception is not ours to grant or withhold: an event on a fixed date is one of the categories the law excludes from the fourteen-day cooling-off period (Code de la consommation, art. L.222-9), and that holds whether you book from the club or through a platform like this one.

What we do with your details

To issue a ticket we need your name and email address, and your phone number if you give one. We use them to send you the ticket, to let you find it again, and to admit you at the door. The organising club can see who is coming to its own event, because somebody has to check you in.

We do not sell your details to anyone. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@sportticks.lu.

Complaints

Write to hello@sportticks.lu and say what went wrong and which order it concerns. The order reference is on your ticket.
